This course is designed to introduce students with the basic phenomena of leadership and motivation. The major theories and practices of leadership and motivation of employees within the organization, the behavior of these effects will be discussed and analyzed. Course concepts and theories of leadership and motivation of the students is to develop a critical approach
Doctoral seminar course including issues of leadership and motivation of this course. This course will be the major theories and practices of leadership and motivation. Identified problems related to leadership and motivation within the organization of the course is also of interest solution proposals.
