Objectives of the Course

Knowing the effects of exercise on the systems that make up the human organism and the organism's response to exercise will be the basis for training sciences.

Course Content

Physiological concepts, Cell physiology, Adaptation of all systems that make up the human organism to acute and chronic exercise, Fatigue mechanisms, Heat regulation mechanisms, Height training, Underwater Physiology

Name of Lecturer(s)
Learning Outcomes
1. Explains the usage areas of physiology in sport activities by examining different aspects of exercise physiology.
2. Indicates which physiological values and how to benefit from training programs.
3. Examines the relationship between systems and reflects on training programs.
4. Teaches to use exercise physiology in training.
5.Learns energy systems, fatigue and recovery.
