Objectives of the Course

At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know and understand basic nutrition principles 2) Understand relationship between physical activity and nutrition 3) Know and understand hypokinetic diseases 4) Know and understand nutritional diseases 5) Understand and analyze weight control through exercise and nutrition 6) Plan and apply a research related with physical activity, nutrition and weight control MODE OF DELIVERY
