Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this cours is to investigate the explanation of reactions occuring within an organism and investigation of the exercise-induce biochemical processes.

Course Content

Carbohytrates,lipids,proteins,hormones and exercise-induced changes,enzyme activity,ımmune system,hematological parameters,renal function,exercise-induced changes take place.

2. Explaining the relationship between bioenergetics, hormonal balance and nutrition criteria and exercise.
3. Explaining the metabolic and biochemical adaptation of the body in sudden and continuous physical activities
4. Working potential of intracellular and enzymatic regulation systems during exercise
5. Fundamentals of biochemistry in metabolism, proteins, structure of nucleic acids and genes, carbohydrates and lipids.
