Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach the importance of cancer genome and to teach the role of cancer genome project in cancer treatment.

Course Content

Topics such as Somatic Mutations in the Cancer Genome, Driver and Passanger Mutation, Sequence of the Cancer Genome, Atlas of Cancer Genome (TCGA) will be covered.
