Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to gain basic information about cell cultures and related techniques specific to cancer research, which is one of the frequently used techniques in cancer research, to introduce the necessary tools and laboratory methods to make cell cultures, and thus to continue thesis and research projects involving cancer cell culture studies.

Course Content

Topics such as cancer-specific methods used in cell selection, cancer-specific identification tests, cancer cell culture, the use of 3D cultures in cancer and organoids will be covered.
