Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge about public institutions, producer organizations, cooperatives, professional associations, and international organizations operating in the livestock sector. The course also aims to develop students' understanding of organizational structures, quality management systems, marketing organizations, and collaborative models in animal production.

Course Content

This course covers the organizational structure of the livestock sector, public institutions, breeder associations, producer organizations, cooperatives, professional organizations, quality management systems, certification, traceability systems, marketing organizations, national and international livestock organizations, support policies, rural development, and sustainable animal production.
