Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to enable students to communicate effectively at a professional level in the field of public relations and promotion by learning communication theories, communication processes, and communication skills. The course aims to develop students' critical thinking and communication skills.

Course Content

The course covers the following topics: the concept and basic characteristics of communication; the communication process and its elements; verbal, nonverbal, and written communication; interpersonal communication; group and organizational communication; mass communication and media; communication models; communication barriers and solutions; effective listening and feedback techniques; empathy and persuasive communication; corporate communication; communication processes in public relations; digital communication and social media applications; communication ethics; and the development of communication skills in professional life.
