The aim of this course is to enable students to prepare official, business, and corporate correspondence in accordance with linguistic, formatting, and regulatory requirements, and to use electronic correspondence, electronic signatures, Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), templates, mail merge, and workflow automation tools.
Written communication; official correspondence regulations; characteristics and components of documents; types of official and business correspondence; e-mail communication; electronic signatures, Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), Electronic Document Management Systems (EBYS), and e-Correspondence; templates, form fields, and mail merge; approval and workflow automation; accessibility, security, document retention, and integrated applications.
