With this course, students learn the concepts of commercial business, commercial business, trader and the legal consequences associated with these concepts, recognize and compare the concepts of trade name, business name, brand, learn the meaning of unfair competition, trade registry, commercial bookkeeping, recognize the merchant assistants and take their place in commercial relations. It is aimed to enable them to identify trade companies, to evaluate the legal consequences of being a company, to have information about the definition, types of valuable papers and the most used types of securities.
The subject and scope of our commercial law course includes commercial business law, valuable papers. law and company law.
