Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to explain to students the place, what is and importance of innovation and innovation management in today's business. In the course, information will be given on how to successfully manage innovations, especially on product and process innovations.

Within the scope of the course, product and process innovation, innovation strategies, innovation resources and innovation management will be covered.
