Objectives of the Course

Students taking this course: • Understanding the impact of the crisis on the community, organization and stakeholders. Does it improve the ability to understand obligations and obstacles? Media relations in crisis and risk situations, • Gain the ability to design a crisis plan and acquire proactive crisis management skills, • It is expected to gain the ability to evaluate a crisis management process.

Course Content

Examines the implementation and management of the functions of planning, organization, execution, control and supervision at the national and international level, in which they grasp the basic principles of crisis management in organizations.
