Objectives of the Course

Law, regulation, etc. related to sales activities according to the characteristics of the student, the sector and the product. to be able to research; to be able to check the compliance of the documents related to the sale according to the legislation, to train the sales personnel about the legislation according to the sector and the characteristics of the product; to follow the compliance of sales activities in accordance with the legislation.

Developments in consumer rights, basic consumer rights, legal dimension of marketing and basic concepts, main laws and regulations in the field of marketing.
