Objectives of the Course

Understands the definition and importance of protocol, as well as its fundamental principles and rules. Recognizes the contributions of Turkish-Islamic civilizations to global protocol practices. Is familiar with the various types of protocol. Has a detailed understanding of protocol processes in both corporate and social contexts. Possesses detailed knowledge regarding corporate protocol categories, including ceremonies, flag etiquette, vehicle protocols, and more. Is well-versed in protocol, etiquette, and rules of courtesy applicable to social life and the business environment.

Rules governing social life: individual social relations and social roles in social life, the importance of regulatory rules in terms of social peace, the protocol applied in public, indoor environments

Rules governing business life: organizational hierarchy and protocol rules in business life, the rules governing business life, the effect on job satisfaction and work peace

Protocol in social and professional settings (introductions, handshaking, forms of address, etc.)
