With this course, it is aimed that the students know the importance of sexual education in preschool education, give information to parents about sexual education, and gain children awareness about gender.
Sexual education; definition, importance. Sources of sexual education, family, school, social environment, written and visual media. principles of sexual education, right time, educator's education, family education, age suitability, modeling, mistakes in sexual education. Sexual development periods and characteristics, adaptations of sexual education in children with special needs, sexual development characteristics in children with special needs.
