Objectives of the Course

The aim is to equip students with the rules of etiquette, courtesy, protocol, and representation essential for social and professional life, and to enable them to develop professional behavior in internal and external communication processes.

Course Content

This course covers the fundamental principles of etiquette and protocol, official and institutional protocol practices, and the effective application of these rules in professional and social life.
