The Construction Technology program was established within the Technical Programs Department during the 2001–2002 academic year as a formal program and during the 2005–2006 academic year as a second-day program. It became part of the Construction Technology Department during the 2011–2012 academic year. Students enrolled in our department starting in the 2025–2026 academic year will be subject to a 3+1 education system. After completing theoretical training at our school in the first, second, and third semesters of their studies, they will receive vocational training in the fourth semester at public and private sector enterprises within Aydın, another province, or abroad, as determined by the department head. The program aims to train qualified intermediate workforce to work as "Construction Technician" in all types of construction sites, engineering and architecture offices, concrete laboratories, building inspection firms, project drawing offices they will establish, and companies that produce and sell construction materials. Students who graduate from this program can continue their studies in undergraduate programs, including Civil Engineering and Architecture, in accordance with established guidelines.

Our construction laboratories and workshops consist of two sections with dimensions of 128 m² and 116 m². In our Construction Laboratory; Concrete Test Tractor, Fittings, Iron Detection Device, Los Angeles (Abrading) Tester, Tensile Strength Tester, Concrete Test Tractor, Auxiliary Test Tester, Computer and Printer with Iron Tensile Compression Bending Tester, Computer and Printer, Core Sampling Machine, Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit Determination Experiment Device, Standard and Modifiye Proctor Device. In our laboratory there are two nivo, legacy and field measurement instruments for use in Topography lessons, together with small experimental instruments for screening samples and sieve series for screening and screening experiments and small laboratory equipments.
