Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the communication process and develop effective verbal, written, and digital communication skills for professional business environments

This course covers the basic concepts of communication, the communication process, verbal, written, and digital communication skills, interpersonal and organizational communication, and effective communication practices in business life.
