Objectives of the Course

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the concepts of etiquette and protocol, to teach the fundamental rules of etiquette and official protocol, and to develop the ability to apply these rules in professional life. Students learn appropriate etiquette and protocol in various situations, including speaking, sitting and standing, interacting with supervisors and guests, and participating in meetings. The course emphasizes the importance of applying these principles effectively in business and professional environments.
