This course covers all stages of how students can design effective and efficient presentations in front of an audience. Students will learn how to be a good speaker, how to design a good speech, audience analysis, and the process of designing the most effective presentation location and timing. They will know the different types of presentations. They will know how to structure a presentation; how to effectively create introduction, development, and conclusion sections. They will learn in detail the stages of taking and answering questions in a presentation, presentation handbooks, body language and nonverbal communication, and effective use of voice.
Presentation methods and stages, creating visuals, presentation software, visual literacy.
