Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of quality management principles, Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality improvement techniques, and international management system standards.

Course Content

This course provides an overview of the concepts of quality and Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, process management, quality control tools, continuous improvement techniques, customer satisfaction, internal auditing processes, Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001), and the EFQM Excellence Model.
