Identifying the causes of human behavior and the factors affecting them is the most important key to understanding and managing people. In this course, it is tried to understand human and interpret behaviors and teach ways to direct it positively.

This course has been incorporated into the curriculum to facilitate the interpretation of human activities and to steer this interpretation in alignment with organizational interests. Serving as a foundational component for the Organizational Behavior modules—which are explored in greater detail in subsequent terms—this course is essential and significant for conveying the elements necessary to render the human element meaningful within the organizational context.
