This course will provide students with a detailed explanation of office management processes as a subfield of business management processes, and will discuss the importance of the office for organizations. Furthermore, the necessary qualities of an office worker will be presented holistically, along with crisis and time management processes. Beyond routine office tasks and procedures, this course will equip students with skills to enhance the effectiveness of office workers in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and monitoring.
The concept of the office, types of offices, planning and organization of office work, time and motion studies in offices. Motion economics, ergonomics in offices.
