This course aims to equip students with the competencies required for the role of Executive Assistant. Before they transition to workplace-based vocational training or the industry itself, students will acquire the skills necessary to comprehensively apply professional practices—such as protocol rules, telephone etiquette, crisis and time management, and professional correspondence procedures. They will be trained to a level of proficiency that enables them to function as executive assistants capable of taking initiative—without the need for direct supervision—in the tasks and operations of senior or mid-level executives.
