Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand communication processes and skills, use effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques, and develop effective speaking skills.

Course Content

This course covers the concept and process of communication, communication models, interpersonal communication, effective communication techniques, persuasive communication, body language, speech and voice training, stress and intonation, and errors in expression.
