Objectives of the Course

To emphasize place and importance of health law in public and private law, and to create awareness about civil and criminal liabilities, rights and duties of health care workers.

Course Content

Concepts of health and law, the place of health law in public and private law, responsibilities of health care facilites, civil and criminal liabilities of doctors' and other health care workers, medical faults and patient safety, responsibilty for contract, health legislation, patients' rights and giving patients full information.
