Objectives of the Course

The aim is to help individuals adopt healthy lifestyle habits, gain knowledge about preventive health practices, and develop sustainable health behaviors throughout life. Students are taught the importance of personal responsibility in protecting and promoting health.

Course Content

This course aims to equip individuals with essential life skills to protect and improve their health. It covers topics such as healthy nutrition, physical activity, hygiene, stress management, sleep regulation, and prevention of harmful habits. Additionally, preventive health services, health screenings, and community-based health awareness practices are addressed to enhance students' health literacy.
