Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enhance students’ cognitive capacity and ensure long-term learning through effective memory techniques. The relationship between cognitive strategies, memory techniques, and learning processes is examined based on scientific foundations.

Course Content

This course aims to help individuals improve their memory skills by understanding cognitive development processes. Key concepts such as short-term and long-term memory, attention, association, and learning strategies are addressed. Students are introduced to techniques that support memory, methods to prevent forgetting, and practices to boost mental performance. Permanent learning is reinforced through applied activities.
