Objectives of the Course

It is aimed for the student to have information about the health criteria and to be able to analyze and interpret graphs and tables related to health statistics.

Course Content

General demographic indicators, speed, proportion, rate, mortality, morbidity, prevalence, incidence, attack rates, episode rates, risk factors, global disease burden, healthcare institutions and their infrastructure, human resources statistics in health, population and migration statistics, health economy and finance statistics, emergency health services data.
