The aim of this courThe objective of this course is to have students comprehend the fundamental principles, philosophy, and legal legislation of organic agriculture; and to teach eco-friendly and sustainable organic plant and animal production techniques, the mixed farming model (integrated agriculture), ecological cycles, and certification processes.se is to teach the organic vegetable and animal production priciples.
Definition, historical development, and legislation of organic agriculture; soil management, plant nutrition, and biological/cultural pest and disease control methods in organic plant production; housing standards, animal welfare, organic feeding, and preventive herd health management in organic animal production; integration of plant and animal production, ecological cycles, and agricultural waste management (compost, etc.); harvesting, storage, control/certification processes, and marketing of organic products.

| 4. | Organizes ecological cycles and organic waste management by ensuring the integration of plant and animal production in mixed farming enterprises. |
| 5. | Analyzes the harvesting, certification, and marketing stages in organic farming processes by correlating them with digital agriculture technologies and traceability systems. |
