The aim of this course is to develop students’ English listening and speaking skills in the context of everyday life, tourism and the service sector; and to enhance their fluency in oral communication, correct pronunciation, listening comprehension and ability to express themselves. The course is delivered using a communicative approach, incorporating practical exercises, role-play activities and listening exercises.
This course comprises practical exercises designed to develop students’ English speaking and listening skills. The course covers basic communication patterns used in daily life and the tourism sector, including self-introduction, booking procedures, customer reception, providing directions, complaint handling, telephone conversations and professional communication. Through listening activities, role-play exercises, group work and oral presentations, students acquire the ability to use English effectively in real-life and professional settings.
