Objectives of the Course

With this course, it is aimed to teach the student; in addition to the general English he/she has acquired since the preparatory class, it is aimed to teach a vocational English that he/she can use in his/her professional life in the future; which includes more travel services and agency terms.

Course Content

The content of this course is to train students who can speak English fluently, who can communicate well with both employers and guests, and who have a good command of all travel services and agency jargon and know the English equivalents of agency terms.

Learning Outcomes
1.To enable students to speak English fluently.
2.The aim of this course is to teach the students the most polite English expressions and phrases that they will use in their professional life in a practical way with audio and written materials.
3.To enable students to complete this course by learning the English equivalents of the hotel management terms (words and expressions) used in the hotel
4.It is ensured that students have a good command of international hotel terminology.
5.Students will be able to write letters, e-mails, faxes and fill in forms in English.
