The aim of this course is to provide practical skills in the actuarial and technical calculation methods required for disputes arising from labor, social security, enforcement and bankruptcy, family, condominium, consumer, obligations, commercial, and inheritance law, as well as contracts for work and services. It aims to equip students with the competence to calculate items such as pecuniary compensation, claims/receivables, shares, alimony, and progress payments across different branches accurately, in compliance with relevant legal regulations, and at a reportable standard.
It covers technical and actuarial calculations for disputes arising from labor, social security, obligations, family, inheritance, commercial, consumer, condominium, and enforcement law, as well as contracts for work and services. Students learn to calculate core items such as compensations, labor claims, bodily and material damages, loss of support, liquidation of the matrimonial property regime, inheritance distribution, enforcement calculations, and progress payments in compliance with current legal regulations and Supreme Court of Appeals jurisprudence.
