Objectives of the Course

In addition to the basic information about artistic secrets and varieties, the students are able to make artistic secrets in the desired effects, and also to provide the knowledge and skills of the application and firing of the ready-made artistic glazes.

Course Content

Observing the effects of raw materials on glaze and obtaining glazes with desired effects by using raw material data. It contains the basic oxides and properties that make up the ceramic glaze. Types of glaze are taught. Glazing Methods and firing properties are taught.
