Objectives of the Course

The objects of thiThe aim of this course is to provide students with the fundamental methods and techniques used in the preparation, cost estimation, documentation, and presentation of landscape projects. The course aims to develop students’ competencies in project documentation, evaluation of quantity surveying and cost data, preparation of cost summaries and budget schedules, development of technical reports and proposal documents, and preparation of professional project presentations for both public institutions and private sector applications.s course are: to inform the students on legal and technical information while preparing an auction document, expedition report (contracts, technical and special terms of reference, survey of quantity list etc.) and preparing technical report

Course Content

The conteThis course examines the fundamental documents and techniques used in the preparation and presentation of landscape projects. Throughout the semester, topics including project documentation, project interpretation, identification of work items, organization of quantity surveying and cost data, preparation of cost summaries and budget schedules, technical report writing, development of proposal documents, and project presentation techniques are covered. In addition to theoretical instruction, students prepare a professional project presentation file through practical applications based on a selected landscape project developed throughout the semester.nts of the course are: the analysis of the methods of preparing the total costs for the projects prepared within the course, surveying the quantities, forming expeditions and the methods of turning them into proposal and auction documents

1.Explain the fundamental concepts, documents, and workflows used in the preparation and presentation of landscape projects.
2.Analyze quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting data related to landscape projects and prepare project cost tables.
3.Prepare project documents such as technical reports, cost summaries, proposal schedules, and proposal letters.
4.Organize project documentation for public institutions and private sector applications in accordance with professional standards.
5.Effectively present landscape projects using written, visual, and oral presentation techniques.
