Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of technical drawing methods used in landscape planning and design, apply two- and three-dimensional drawing techniques, and develop the ability to represent and present landscape projects in accordance with professional standards.

Course Content

This course covers the fundamental principles of technical drawing, drawing tools and equipment, lettering and line standards, geometric drawing methods, scale and dimensioning techniques, projection methods, and the preparation of elevations and sections. In addition, drawing and representation techniques used in landscape plans, the basic principles of perspective drawing, isometric perspective, and one-point and two-point perspective methods are introduced. The course aims to develop students’ ability to represent and present landscape projects in accordance with professional standards through both technical and visual communication techniques.
