The aim of this course is; to teach students production management.
Basic Concepts of Production Management, Production Systems, Site Selection and Valuation Methods, Workplace Arrangement, Product Design, Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Repair-Maintenance Planning and Organization, Job Analysis, Inventory Control, Production Planning and Control, Just in Time and Lean Production , Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning
