The aim of this course is to teach the students an evaluation of the errors that may occur in the system, design, process or service and FMEA (Error Type and Effects Analysis) which is a special method aimed at the continuous reduction of such errors (problems, inaccuracies, risks etc.).
FMEA (Failure Type and Effects Analysis) requirement, FMEA tasks, types of FMEA, function analysis.
