Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills related to planning and implementation of a production process (quality, environment, etc.) of a production process and inspection of a product.

Course Content

Audit concept, principles and types and stages, determination of management system principles and their place in the standard of principles, document structure of management systems, auditor's features, audit opening meeting, conducting the audit and closing meeting and case studies.

Learning Outcomes
1.Examine the suitability and effectiveness of a management system (quality, environment, etc.).
2.will be able to plan internal audits.
3.will be able to prepare checklists to be used in an audit.
4.will be able to match the cases encountered during the investigation with the relevant articles of the management system standard.
5.By conducting an audit of a management system, process or product, it will be able to identify areas for improvement within the organization.
