Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach general information about the usage areas, economic importance, nutritive value and cultivation techniques of cereales and edible legumes.

Course Content

The student will be informed about the importance of cereales and legumes with high economic value, their introduction, their importance in human nutritive and their cultivation.
