To enable students to acquire basic physical activity knowledge, understand the relationship between sports and health, gain fundamental skills in various sports branches, and apply these skills safely.
This course begins with the basic concepts of physical education and sports, and progresses through stretching, warm-up and cool-down techniques, coordination, athletics, team sports (basketball, volleyball, football, handball), gymnastics, and outdoor sports. In the final weeks, topics such as exercise for health, lifelong physical activity awareness, and injury prevention in sports are covered.
