Objectives of the Course

With this course, it is aimed that the student comprehend the basic concepts of law. In a sense, it aims to prepare the infrastructure of the courses they will take in other semesters, such as health law.

Course Content

Characteristics of legal rules and their distinction from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems; sanctions and their types; public law, private law, mixed law branches and their subdivisions; Turkish positive law and its problems; the application of the law in various aspects; right; the concepts of entitlement and license; It consists of certain issues such as responsibility and the operation of responsibility.
