Objectives of the Course

Aim of this course to give basic information about insurance sector and insurance business. In addition to these, problems and operation of insurance sector in Turkey and new law of individual pension system will be held in the scope of the course.

Insurance, history of insurance sector in Turkey, insurance business and individual pension.

1.Explains fundamental insurance concepts and the legislation governing insurance and insurance business operations, and identifies the organizations that shape the sector.
2.Gains competence in insurance practices.
3.Carries out basic-level insurance activities, establishes effective communication, and uses digital tools.
4.Interprets fundamental data regarding insurance operations, identifies risks, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
5.Performs basic-level activities related to the establishment and operational processes of insurance businesses.
