This course aims to enable students to examine commercial enterprises, commercial transactions, commercial provisions, and rules of commercial jurisdiction; to handle matters regarding the concept of a merchant, the establishment of commercial and capital companies and related regulations, shares, partnerships, and changes of corporate form, as well as bankruptcy, pledges, and liquidation procedures; and to comprehend and execute transactions related to competition law, dominant position and its abuse, and negotiable instruments.
It covers the topics of commercial enterprises, commercial transactions, merchants, commercial jurisdiction, merchant's auxiliaries, the trade registry, unfair competition, competition law, dominant position and its abuse, current accounts, the concept of a company, company law, negotiable instruments, and instruments of exchange.
