Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of the fundamental concepts, theories, and processes of strategic management; develop their ability to analyze the internal and external business environment, formulate, implement, and evaluate strategies; and enhance their understanding of competitive strategies, corporate governance, and managerial ethics.

Course Content

This course covers the fundamental concepts and process of strategic management, strategic management theories, external environment and business analysis, strategic analysis matrices, strategic direction, corporate and competitive strategies, functional strategies, techniques used in strategy implementation, strategy implementation, strategic evaluation and control, and issues related to corporate governance and managerial ethics.
