Objectives of the Course

This course aims to enable students to understand the concepts of international business, the global business environment, and the internationalization strategies of companies; and to make competitive decisions in global markets by considering cultural, economic, political, and legal differences. It seeks to develop the international business management competencies of graduates focused on logistics and foreign trade.

Course Content

The course covers the fundamental concepts of international business, analysis of the global business environment (PESTLE), international market selection and entry strategies, global competition, cultural differences, international organizational structures, supply chain and logistics integration, risk management, ethics, and sustainability. It is supported by real international case studies and strategy analyses.
