Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge of human resource management, its functions, and its strategic importance in organizations. The course enables students to develop basic competencies in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation, career planning, occupational health and safety, and employee relations. It also aims to enhance students' awareness of effective human resource management practices iN sector.

Course Content

Fundamental concepts and evolution of human resource management; human resource planning; job analysis and job design; recruitment and selection; orientation; training and development; performance management; career management; compensation and reward systems; job evaluation; occupational health and safety; employee relations; employee motivation; talent management; digital human resource management practices; and human resource management applications in logistics enterprises.
