Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is for the student to know the basic principles of law, legal institutions and terms, to identify problems in a timely manner and to acquire and develop the ability to solve them correctly and fairly.

Course Content

Basic concepts of law, legal systems, civil law, law of obligations, property enforcement and bankruptcy law.

1.Explains the basic concepts of law, its sources and the structure of the legal system.
2.Explains the application of legal rules, types of sanctions and the concept of legal liability.
3.Distinguishes the concepts of legal event, legal act and legal transaction.
4.Interprets the concepts of right, personality and capacity.
5.Explains basic legal information regarding debt relationships, contracts and property rights.
6.Evaluates legal problems encountered in daily life and professional activities within the framework of basic legal knowledge.
