Objectives of the Course

This course aims to equip students with the fundamental English terminology used in banking and insurance, enhance their professional communication skills in the financial services sector, enable them to understand and interpret English texts related to banking and insurance practices, and develop the language competencies necessary for effective oral and written communication in professional settings.

The course includes fundamental English terminology used in the fields of banking and insurance, customer relations and communication, financial transactions, credit and insurance procedures, digital banking applications, financial markets, risk management, professional business correspondence, and integrated reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities related to contemporary developments in the financial services industry.
