Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills regarding the operation of businesses by introducing the basic concepts of business administration, business objectives, relationships with the environment, establishment processes, and growth approaches. The course also aims to develop students' fundamental understanding of business management through the examination of the core functions of businesses and their roles within the economic system.

Course Content

This course covers the fundamental concepts, objectives, principles, environmental relationships, social responsibilities, classification, and establishment processes of businesses. In addition, it examines business growth models, capacity types, and the main business functions, including management, production, marketing, finance, human resources, and public relations.
